Jess joined the Symbio Financial Partners team in August of 2024. As a Client Service Associate, Jess is the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience from the moment they arrive. She prepares the office and conference spaces for client meetings, manages inbound phone calls, and supports both the Wealth Advisors and Managing Partners with scheduling and daily reporting. In addition to front-office responsibilities, Jess manages key operational tasks such as processing incoming checks, handling LPL notification management, and overseeing event operations.
Jess graduated from San Diego State University in winter of 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, bringing a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every interaction. Her background in psychology enhances communication, organizational awareness, and sensitivity to client needs—skills that are critical to creating a seamless client experience.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys expressing creativity through jewelry and cardmaking, and stays active by playing Pickleball, roller-skating and practicing Pilates. While she loves to keep busy, she also enjoys quiet nights at home with her husband, Brandon, and their two gray tabby cats.
